When was Alpine Immune Sciences founded?
The company was incorporated in the state of Delaware on December 30, 2014 and began operations in 2015. In July of 2017, the company closed its acquisition of publicly-held Nivalis Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NVLS). The combined public entity maintained the Alpine Immune Sciences name.
